Half Day Intensive

Two sessions with me with a slot for your own work and reflection between the sessions

The time investment for you is minimum 4.5 hours in one day and includes 3~3.5 hours with me. You can also use this option for a block of two sessions to be taken in two consecutive weeks.

Mini Package

Mini package ~ a block of three sessions

Three 90-minute sessions to be taken in three consecutive weeks, 4.5 rolling hours with me. You can also use this option for a half day intensive plus a follow up session.

Three-Month Package

Three-month short term coaching package

Six 90-minute sessions over a period of 3 months, 9 rolling hours with me. Sessions are usually fortnightly, but can be flexible to form half day intensives within the coaching agreement.

This is the standard coaching package as transformation happens over time

Eleven 90-minute sessions + one Half Day Intensive over a period of 6 months, 19.5 rolling hours with me. Sessions are usually fortnightly, but can be flexible to form additional half day intensives within the coaching agreement.
